Within each of us and throughout the Universe, there is a flow of energy. If we move with that flow and trust it, we experience happiness, peace, love and joy.

But when we struggle against the flow by holding onto to negative thoughts and feelings, we experience these blockages of energy in our lives.

So for example, if we hold onto negative thoughts and fears about relationships, we may not experience the type of relationships that we want in our lives. We may not be able to make friends, find a romantic partner or be able to get along with our family. We may go through life in a “quiet desperation” knowing that we are capable of having these things, but feeling utterly frustrated because we do not understand how to make it happen.

What I find most frequently in working with clients, it is not that they are not giving enough. It is typically that they do not feel comfortable in receiving. What is typically at the core of these feelings is some belief that they are not completely conscious of...that is sabotaging their life.

These beliefs prevent us from taking risks, from believing in ourselves and from loving and accepting who we are.

I help people overcome these obstacles. I know all of you for who you really are. I see the best in you and understand where negative behavior comes from. Many people are afraid of feeling judged as they have felt all of their lives and this is not something you will experience with me. I offer acceptance and will teach you how to forgive yourself and others. I will teach you a new meaning of forgiveness and why it is necessary for you to move forward in the areas with which you most struggle.

Learning to Flow also means learning to really feel and understand your feelings...because they hold the key to why you have the experiences you do.

I recognize that at the core of who you really are, you are a spiritual being...having a human experience and my role is to help you remember who you are, to teach you how to understand your life so that you understand why things keep happening the way they do...and most importantly how to adjust your “flow” to create the life you have only let yourself imagine.
