Welcome to Learning to Flow!

My name is Jeff Scholl and I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach.

Have you ever had a question about a spiritual topic and didn’t know who to ask? While you could certainly walk into a bookstore and perhaps find a book, how do you know if you would find the right book to answer your question? And what if you had a question about something you read and didn’t understand? Do you have someone you know who could help you figure it out?

Have you ever wanted to learn how to meditate...or tried to meditate and got frustrated with it because you either weren’t sure you were doing it right or couldn’t stop your mind from chattering long enough to get any benefit from it?

Have you wondered why you can’t seem to attract the right type of person into your life for relationships, make friends or find the career you know is waiting out there for you?

These aren’t pie in the sky wishes that you have for yourself. You really can create the life you want to live. But you may have to make some changes in order to do it.

You may have to change the way you think, change where you are putting your focus, learn to really feel your feelings instead of just thinking about them and/or maybe even change your beliefs.  And you may have to really work at it, because let’s face it...change is scary and it requires commitment on our parts to effect change in our lives.

Some of you may ask...is that even possible? Can I really change my beliefs?

Sure you can. All a belief is...is a thought repeated many, many times. And for most of us, we formed the foundation of our belief system in childhood before we were really mature enough to understand what was going on around us.

We looked out at the world and based on what we saw, we either accepted the world we were in for what it was...or we created thoughts to deal with what was happening to us. Over time, we created beliefs and these beliefs formed the foundation of our personality.

We may think to ourselves sometimes, “this is just how I am” or “I can’t change who I am.” But this is inaccurate.

For who you truly are is an unlimited spiritual being. On some level, we all know this, but are afraid to let ourselves embrace that belief. We may feel like if we do that, then we are at fault for our lives being the way that they are. But again, this is inaccurate. We are not at fault...but if we want to change it...we must take responsibility to do that.

If you are here and you are ready to be responsible for your life, send me an email and let’s talk.  If you just have questions and would like to talk to someone about how to start on your spiritual path or want someone to point you in a direction you may not have considered, I believe I can help you.
